In recent days, we participated in two important events, putting the Vox Load automatic captioning module—our ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) solution—to the test. More than just validating the technology, the experience reinforced a key point: in an increasingly global landscape, accessibility and multilingual understanding are no longer differentiators—they are a necessity.
In addition to real-time captions, we also implemented automated Portuguese <> English translation, significantly expanding the reach of the content.
One of the events was Casa SP during SXSW, one of the world’s leading festivals for innovation, culture, and technology. Casa SP aims to promote Brazil internationally by bringing together leaders, creators, and companies to discuss trends and foster global connections. In this context, real-time translation played a fundamental role: it allowed Brazilian audiences to follow content in English while enabling international audiences to fully understand presentations in Portuguese. The result was a more fluid, inclusive, and truly global exchange.
The second event had a different format, focused on launching a high-performance sports product for the Brazilian market. In this case, we used the technology to display, in real time, the entire presentation delivered in Portuguese with simultaneous English translation on screen. Even though it was a local event, the solution expanded the reach of our communication, making the content accessible to international stakeholders and reinforcing the brand’s global positioning.
In both cases, Vox Load demonstrated its flexibility and adaptability across different formats—from panel discussions to corporate presentations—while maintaining low latency and high accuracy.
More than just a technical solution, what we witnessed was the direct impact on the audience’s experience. Access to real-time captions and translation does more than simply inform; it connects people, breaks down barriers, and expands the reach of messages.
In an increasingly interconnected world, tools like these are no longer optional. Ensuring access to content—whether in its original language or translated—is essential to promoting inclusion, expanding audiences, and enabling different cultures to coexist, interact, and understand one another more naturally.
Beyond events and corporate settings, Vox Load also serves as a robust solution for the broadcast and streaming market, enabling real-time captioning and translation for live broadcasts, on-demand content, and large-scale media operations. With its scalability and seamless integration into various workflows, the technology helps platforms and broadcasters expand their reach and deliver truly accessible experiences on a global scale.
We continue to develop Vox Load with this goal in mind: to make communication more accessible, global, and barrier-free.
