These Terms and Conditions constitute the contractual basis for the use of the M LOAD app.

2) Subject Matter of the Contract

M LOAD provides people with disabilities with access to accessibility features such as audio description, closed captioning, and LIBRAS. 

3) Copyright

We hold the copyright and/or are licensed to use all images, illustrations, text, etc. To use M LOAD and download the app and the audio, video, and text files, we grant rights for simple use on a mobile device for non-commercial, private playback of audio description, closed captions, and LIBRAS at a movie theater or for home use on other platforms. This service is intended solely to provide accessibility to people with disabilities. There is no connection to or association with illegally downloaded or streamed movies. No other rights are granted.

4) Data Protection Statement

We do not request any specific user data. We guarantee that we maintain your confidentiality and handle your data in accordance with the GDPR—the General Data Protection Regulation.

We use firewalls, data encryption, and physical access restrictions for our databases.
