We meet fans at a BTS-dedicated convention, ReactorCon, in Lewisville, Texas; a dance instructor in Seoul who teaches only the group’s choreography; and fans who, since 2013, have been organizing campaigns to help BTS top the music charts. Defying the stereotype that pop fans are just hysterical teenagers, the ARMY is an intergenerational, culturally aware, and socially engaged movement—as diverse as the world itself. The film captures the powerful spirit of activism and community that makes the ARMY a symbol of hope and unity in an increasingly fragmented world.
